Kritik der Aufklärung. Und warum wir sie dennoch dringender denn je brauchen

Martin Mittelmeier worked as an editor at Luchterhand Literaturverlag from 2001 to 2012 and as program manager at Eichborn Verlag from 2012 to 2014. Since then he has worked as a freelance editor and author and teaches modern German literature at the Institute for German Language and Literature I at the University of Cologne. In 2013 he published Adorno in Neapel. Wie sich eine Sehnsuchtslandschaft in Philosophie verwandelt, followed in 2016 by Dada. Eine Jahrhundertgeschichte.

The cultural theorist Falko Schmieder is a research associate in the project The 20th Century in Basic Concepts. A Dictionary of Historical Semantics in Germany and teaches at the Department of Cultural History and Theory at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. In 2016, he published Begriffsgeschichte und historische Semantik. Ein kritisches Kompendium (with Ernst Müller).
